A market leading multi-disciplinary property organisation, with clients based in Worcestershire require an M&E Clerk of Works. Working closely with external M&E contractors, you will lead on several mechanical and electrical projects within the property environment:

  • Ensuring that installation, mechanical, electrical standards are adhered to by contractors
  • Quality control, Monitoring the standards of work, promoting best practice, health and safety on site, and risk mitigation
  • Liaising between contractors, the project delivery team, and the client stakeholders and departments to ensure smooth running of the project on site
  • Providing technical advice to resolve immediate problems on site whilst maintaining overall project standards and compliance

You will also have responsibility for quality control, compliance and feasibility studies. You will be the primary point of contact for the client and coordinate and manage process through successful stakeholder management. You’ll provide strategic advice whilst managing projects from start to end, ensuring all works carried out are performed within timescales, budgets and KPIs.

As an ideal candidate, you will have the following:

  • Previous experience as M&E Clerk of Works, Project Manager or Supervisor
  • Have managed several small projects
  • An electrical qualification, ideally 18th edition or a gas qualification
