Due to high workload and future growth of the team, this ambitious and forward-looking organisation is seeking a talented Property Assistant to join their friendly and supportive commercial team in their Warwickshire office.
This opportunity would suit an individual with some experience operating as a property manager within either commercial or residential property. Full training in commercial property will be provided.
The role will involve working alongside Chartered Surveyors for the property management for a wide portfolio of commercial properties. This will include:
- Commercial Property Management
- Site inspections
- Producing management information and reports
- Day to day administration to support the team with ongoing projects
- Liaising with external stakeholders, and booking any necessary appointments for the team
- Building effective and productive working relationships with colleagues
You will have a property background (from a residential or commercial background) with an understanding of service charge and what’s involved in the day-to-day elements of managing a portfolio of properties. Additionally, you will have a natural ability to built rapport and thrive in a busy and fast-paced environment.
