Josh has 15 years of experience within the recruitment sector, throughout that time he has been responsible for building, leading, and inspiring multiple successful teams and helping to develop some of the industry’s best talent. Josh was the youngest Operational Director at a FTSE listed recruitment organisation, before creating and founding Joshua Robert Recruitment in 2018.
Hugely passionate about the property industry, Josh has an extensive network, with expertise covering all areas of real estate.
Josh is the head of our UK and US businesses and personally focuses on senior appointments within the Real Estate sector.
James
Caan CBE
Board Chairman
Often recognised outside the industry for his appearance in the BBC’s Dragon’s Den series, James Caan CBE has been in recruitment for over 30 years. He invests in and supports recruitment companies of all sizes across various geographies and sectors.
His first recruitment business, Alexander Mann sold in 2013 for $350 million. His second recruitment venture, Humana International, grew to 140 offices across 30 countries. His third sale was a collection of six recruitment companies to Graphite Capital in 2014 for $150m.
James takes an active role in contributing towards the strategy of Joshua Robert to support the business’s growth and vision.

Hollis
Board Director
Greg Hollis is an accomplished executive with three decades of experience in recruitment, investment, and business growth, serving as a Board Director.
He is a seasoned expert in navigating complex corporate landscapes and demonstrating strategic thinking and leadership. Throughout his career in the recruitment industry, Greg has launched and managed numerous businesses and is an excellent addition to the senior leadership team of Joshua Robert.
Combining his wealth of experience from leading high-performance organisations, Greg supports the strategic direction of Joshua Robert and helps facilitate sustainable business growth.
Paul
Jones
Director
Paul is a former international athlete who represented Wales and Great Britain in the Decathlon and was crowned British Champion four times. After his illustrious sporting career, Paul spent 13 years as Managing Director of a niche Property & Engineering recruitment agency, before joining Joshua Robert.
Now responsible for leading our Birmingham team, Paul works with local authorities, NHS, higher education, and other government bodies alongside PLC construction consultancies and propco’s.

Roberts
Finance Director
Jeremy is a chartered accountant experienced in leading all finance functions and with a strong track record of delivering reporting across many different sectors.
He has excellent commercial awareness with a keen eye for improving how businesses operate to improve EBITDA, while also simplifying approaches to work.

Proctor
Marketing Director
With over 23 years of delivering marketing, communications, digital, PR, and events programmes for global events across multiple industry sectors, Sam brings a wealth of knowledge and experience.
Having spent the past 15 years specialising in recruitment, she sets the strategy for all externally-facing marketing activities for Joshua Robert.

Lane
Associate Director - Construction
David is in his 10th year as a construction recruitment leader. The market knowledge he has acquired means he is an expert in his field. His ability to advise both candidates and clients is exceptional, allowing him to build long-lasting relationships.
Hugely passionate about construction, David specialises in operational management within the sector. He is driven by the fact, that the work he does, and the candidates he supplies to both Tier 1 and SME contractors change the face of where we live and improve all our lives for the better.
Being commercially minded David also leads our interim and contract business, happily advising on the best recruitment solutions for all parties.

Daisy oversees and manages all operational activity within Joshua Robert. She implements best-practice business guidelines and strategies to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. She also oversees all HR, office, and IT systems and services, including the CRM.
She is also our GDPR ambassador and manages all compliance and regulatory-related activities.
